The one to two hour walk-through will address all areas of concern including cleanliness, clutter, repairs, re-arrangement of furniture, accessories and lighting. Other recommendations may include possible use of trades people and services. This service is recommended for those homeowners who have the talent and time to execute the action items outlined themselves. $250.00
* STAGING A FURNISHED HOME - this service makes sure that a single room or every room in your home has been set to show at it's very best. Our staging work involves re-arranging and editing furniture, de-cluttering and working with accessories and artwork to create a great first impression. $450 - 4 hours, $550 - 5 hours, $650 - 6 hours
* STAGING A VACANT HOME - most people find it hard to visualize the potential of an empty home. That's why builders employ the use of model homes. Carefully staged vignettes enhance the look of a home allowing potential buyers to imagine the rooms for their intended use. Our team will identify and itemize what items are needed for your specific property. Any furniture or accessory items required are available for rent on a weekly or monthly basis and are an additional fee. We can also incorporate any items you may have available to reduce the over all rental costs. Cost will include regular staging fees along with rental costs.
* CURB APPEAL - Lets work our way from the outside in just like a potential buyer would do. We offer professional landscaping and lawn maintenance. A nice cut yard along with some beautiful, blooming flowers can draw the buyer from their car and straight into your house. We can also provide structural repairs and cosmetic improvements to the outside as well. Don't let peeling paint, broken windows or tarnished house numbers keep the serious buyers away. Prices will vary dependent on need and services provided.
